PLANNED SERVICES
We are preparing to offer Level 1 outpatient care, helping people work toward recovery while staying connected to everyday life.
Assessment and counseling guided by your needs, strengths, and recovery goals. Our approach emphasizes practical skills, accountability, and lasting change.
Planned education and rehabilitation services for people referred through the DUII process, with a focus on informed choices and meaningful behavior change.
A supportive place to build skills, learn from shared experiences, and strengthen recovery. Planned groups include men’s, women’s, and DUII groups.

OUR STORY
All Care Treatment Center was founded by Heather Saucedo, CADC II, a Bend native with 16 years of experience in outpatient substance use disorder treatment as a counselor, clinical supervisor, and quality management director.
Our mission is to expand access to evidence-based care for individuals and families throughout Central Oregon.

Outpatient treatment involves attending scheduled counseling appointments and groups while continuing to live at home. All Care’s planned program is Level 1 outpatient substance use disorder treatment.

All Care’s planned services focus on outpatient counseling and DUII education and rehabilitation. The program will not provide prescribing or on-site medical services.
